October 2006 Archives

we had a blast last night. thanks everyone for coming out and supporting my & ian's work.

Are those election ads ugly or what? Abe has a couple of disabled vets working for him and oh the stories we hear. it is my personal opinion that if a leader of a country wishes to initiate a war, then he and his family/children should go first. how many wars do you think would be prevented? my guess: all.

mia

thanks, kris, for reminding me to update..

i've been taking a break from cyber-life. i have 2 major events coming up this month and early next my bf's from Texas visiting. and i'm working on a new series for exhibits next year that is consuming all my energy. all this besides my already crowded daily schedule. so will be mia.

it is true. i have taken my giclees off the website for the time being. and will no longer sell any originals online. if you'd like to purchase, you'll just have to come to ny and see me :)

for all the artists out there, i'll also reiterate a call: http://www.dramaempire.com/submissions/

getting cold out there..

it's a good looking day.

i wore a suit today for a pr meeting. wasn't too bad. thought that should make blogging news.

in a quest for knowledge and interpretation of ones own name, i did a search on dictionary.com. couldn't find the actual spelling of my name but this is what came up. well, enjoy and know this is not who i am.

yesterday i took a walk through central park. alone. because sometimes it's better that way. the leaves are beginning to turn color.

over the weekend went to see a building in chelsea. the doorway was so narrow that Abe refused to even walk in. "what if 2 people meet?" now there's a dilemma. what if you actually meet someone and heaven forbid must commit a valuable moment to say hello.

Had guests for a couple of days. Where do LA people go when they're here? Butter. It seemed they knew everyone there. As if chic Hollywood had transported itself to this locale. Later took them to watch a band who had used a poem i'd written. their interpretation of it sounded real good.

Last night i had some friends over to my studio. Chilly night. We acted like fools. Put on my models' costumes and made stupid mini movies. Just laughed and had a good time.

Expect my first book to come out soon. Some kind of journal-type, timeline format with lots of my art & photography.

Also after researching several methods, i'm using a new process to reproduce my works. Lambda prints are now available.

Beautiful day here.
