had a fabulous weekend in vegas. we were invited to a few events out there so grabbed our entourage and flew over. the place just keeps getting more wild. i was in L.A. before heading out and met a couple on the plane who recently moved from Cali and love it. they were retired so it's excusable, maybe.

roland said my studio is a mess. too cluttered for any genius thought to take place. my studio has often been a topic of discussion in art forums. can't help it. i get consumed by work and forget my surroundings. so this holiday season i'll be doing some reorganizing.

the time between now and the new year usually flies by. spike gallery has an excellent exhibit of philippe pasqua's "women". go see it. they also support one of my favorite charities, Green Chimneys: http://www.greenchimneys.org/ i'll be doing my usual duty of volunteer work.

anyway, i have some updates but they'll have to wait until after the holidays.

to all my visitors.. have a happy thanksgiving

America's bringing sexy democracy back.
Pelosi is sexy.
Montana is a very sexy, progressive state.
Every blue state is a sexy one.
And I need not say, but New York is the sexiest of them all.
Now, let's bring our sexy troops back, end hypocrisy & corruption and love each other.

Good days are ahead. Although it's pouring out, everyone is smiling :)

Was literally dragged to the parade last night without a costume. had forgotten all about halloween. My neighbor came knocking to ask for candy and that's when i realized it. One guy with us (completely devoid of personality, presumably on serious downers) didn't utter a word the entire night. It was hard to not get high with all the crowds smoking joints. Wasn't feeling well so just went home when we got up to Spring St. The parade has seen better years.

A little about Ms. Ingrid Philips

Ingrid has been in the art business for most of her career. My first interaction with Ingrid happened a few years ago when she responded to a mailing i sent her with a hand-written note telling me how foolish i was for purchasing an expired list by an unethical art consultant and author of artist marketing books [who will remain nameless]. Ingrid informed me that she had retired about 3 years prior. Now we have recruited Ingrid Philips as a consultant to the gallery for her impressive art history background.

Have a lovely day everyone!
