just came out of a grueling 2+ weeks of jury duty. i knew it would be bad when on the first day the judge asked me if i was 18.

came back to my studio to find my assistants done packing EVERYTHING. the contents will be moved temporarily to wooster st. so we're not taking visitors. to resume in the fall with some MAJOR changes. stay tuned.

also, the websites are getting an overhaul. may be unavailable in the coming weeks.

thought i'd give you some politics as well since you won't be hearing from me for a while.

watched the documentary U.S. vs. john lennon. it's deja vu all over again. yoko ono still has the fire. i've had the distinct pleasure of listening to her speak on a few occasions.

must keep reminding myself there's still hope

i have this fear that america will make a worse mistake and elect someone like romney. lord help us. i'm seriously considering joining obama's political campaign. it would be the 3rd time i'd volunteer. last being bill clinton's run for office. that went well.

film biz

our movie has so far made it's way into two film festivals for 2008

things are looking good for the coming phase.

La Mama is having a benefit party tomorrow. details on their site. this is a place with great history. recently went to a lecture by jeremiah newton.. he showed clips from his upcoming documentary, Beautiful Darling: The Life and Times of Candy Darling, Andy Warhol Superstar.

going to take our movie to toronto for a film screening. then i'm off to los angeles, texas, europe and israel.. just visiting friends & family. and maybe making a movie or two ;-)

should be back to new york full-time late october/early november.
